Homestay message
Hello. Me, my wife and our precious 2 1/2 yr. old daughter have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located on an acre in Waxahachie, Texas (25 miles from downtown Dallas). We own & operate a small business which is right next door. The nearest home is approx. 70 yards away, so it's sort of secluded, as much as a home that sits off of an Interstate Hwy. can be! Pets ok. We have a Chihuahua. I was thinking that this would be perfect for a student going to Southwestern Assemblies of God college here in town. The price is $500 per month, all bills paid. Or $275 and split the bills, whatever is more convenient for the student. We can help you with local transportation; no charge of course. Thank you so much for your interest.
