Homestay message

Ok, I will tell you a little bit about myself. I have a 5 bedroom house, my son took over the gameroom because he wanted something big and roomy. My sister is living with me but wants to leave and go find something closer to her job and school, and my daughter who is 5 years old I am moving her to the bedroom downstairs because she has asthma and she always needs me at night when she gets sick, My son is almost 3 years old and he sleeps in my room in his crib.

So now I have 3 rooms available, I do however have different prices for them. First one is furnished with modern looking furniture and a King size bed, lots of storage or organizing plus a walk in closet and also a tv. I could add all the premium channels by adding a box to your room for an additional $15 a month and you can have access to HBO, cinemax, Showtime, and starz plus many more. That room has a private bathroom right in front of the room, with tub and shower. I am asking $700 for that room and it is available now. The other two rooms still have my kids furniture in them but I am moving it to the other rooms tomorrow and will be able to paint them and have them ready ASAP. Each of those rooms has it's own sink and under the sink cabinet with a large mirror. But you will have to share the shower and toilet with the other person on the other room, in other words it is a Jack and Jill I believe they call it. one room is $600 and the other one is a little bit bigger and also has a bigger walk in closer.

Also the nicest window in the house, that one is renting for $650 a month. I do ask for one months rent deposit and 30 days notice to move out. I am always home with my little one during the day, but sometimes I work on weekends. The kids are not always home they are always doing activities during the week and weekends with their father. If you needed to add a small refrigerator to your room it would be a little bit extra due to the use of electricity but I am thinking $35 pr 45 a month would be good. I also have a full size refrigerator in the laundry room that can be shared with the other two girls leaving upstairs.

No body smokes in my house, so you don't have to worry about that. We also have security alarm monitoring for your safety and protection, and that is also included, no additional charge of course. I do not offer to cook but you are more than welcome to cook in my beautiful kitchen but I do ask that you are as clean and organized as possible. I do have Maid service to clean my home and you can request to have your room dusted, vacuumed, bathroom cleaned, trash etc... twice a month for $20 each time, but that is optional, if you decide not to use my maid, I would really like that you clean it at least once a month.
This includes bills, electricity, water, cable, high speed internet and have access to all the common areas of the house. I have no pets, I might consider one if it is little. The house has a large kitchen with modern appliances, breakfast nook formal dining and living rooms that you will have access too as well as the laundry room, I also have a nice back yard and you can also use the grill. I am conveniently located near Preston and Stonebrook, just minutes from Stonebriar Mall. There will be no smoking in the house at ALL. I am a 32 year old latin woman and there is never anything crazy happening in my house, (no partying, if you know what i mean)

One more thing I will like to add is that in order to keep everybody comfortable knowing that everyone in the house is safe is by running a criminal background check, so that we all know we are all sharing our lives with good and decent people and for my family's safety and security. I am sure you would understand and appreciate the importance of it.
