Looking for a working professional, age 22-35, straight male or female with steady job, own transportation, non-smoker, no drugs, no pets. Extra room is 11x11, bath is across the hall. Please be clean, mature, no drama. Monthly rent must be paid on time on 1st of month. 1/2 month deposit required. Also open to short term situations. Background ck/references required.
