Homestay message

Ever thought of coming to America and staying in the lap of luxury for a fraction of the cost? We have the perfect solution! We live in Uptown Dallas, which is the "Premier-Place" to live amongst young professionals. Our home has 3,500 square feet and offers a guest room on the first floor, fully-furnished and recently decorated in fine taste! The room has a large closet with its own private bathroom. Marble flooring line the entry and hallways leading to the room. You will have full use of all the common areas which include: kitchen, balcony, formal dining area, living room and laundry facility. We also have tennis courts across the street at the park for your enjoyment!

The home is a New York-style townhome and my wife, son and I are the only ones who get to enjoy it. We are looking for a person who would stay at least 4-5 months. The asking rent is $665 p/m and includes all bills paid, including cable t.v with over 200+ channels! A security deposit of $650 is required upon signing the lease.
