Homestay message
Large home has 1 room available for rent. It is 14x15 with a walk in closet, fiber optic cable, adjacent private bathroom. You would have kitchen privileges along with the living room with a large screen TV (57 inch). Rent is 500 a month and a 1/3 of the utilities or if it needs to be on the form of on monthyly payment that can be agreed upon. We have a community pool and park along with walking trails, soccer fields, basketball, and catch and release fishing.
This is a very nice home and a loving family, my husband and I have been together for 9 years and have 2 girls who are 4 and 8 1/2. I take care of my father whom lives with us as well. We would love the opportunity for you to be a part of our family, if you wish. Our location is Hwy 20 east and fm 741. The map is not always correct. Our community is Heartland 20 min from mesquite, 30 from Dallas, several other highways to get you where ever you need to go. If you go to Google put in Heartland Parkway Heartland, Texas 75126 and it will show the map. We hope to hear from you soon.
