Homestay message

My wife and I are working professionals and have room in our house for rent for working professionals with a stable background looking for long-term accommodation - i.e. 6 months or more please. Note we will not accept anyone for less then 6 months. One of our long-term tenants is vacating after staying with us for over a year

The Rent is $450-00 a month and must be paid on the first of each month. A refundable deposit of $450-00 will be retained with 1st months rent.

We are off Coit rd on McDermott near 121 hwy Plano North very close to Stone Briar Mall and corporate offices on Legacy Rd.

We do not eat beef and will not allow cooking of beef in our house and no pets, no drugs and no alcohol.
