Homestay message
We are a young professional couple and would like to rent out a room on the second floor of our house. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood at Allen (right on the edge of Plano). 5 minutes drive to all major retail and I-75. 10 minutes drive from DART station. Very close to Walter Creek Town center and other major dining and entertainment.Free wireless internet inside the house. We just bought the house last year and went through a major renovation with aesthetic interior makeover. The room which is semi furnish with a futon, desk and chair. All the furniture could be moved to accomodate yours. The rent is $380 per month + 1/3 utilities and water.
