Homestay message
I am a quiet person and I have a Masters Degree in Child Counseling which is also my career. I have an outside pet, a collie dog. I own my home and have resided in it for 6 years. 1 room to rent in a 3 bdrm house. Female preferred but males will be considered. Quiet and family oriented neighborhood near a semi-new High School and Elementary school. Tenant will have their own bathroom and access to laundry room, kitchen, backyard, and living room. Must provide your own groceries. Single parent with 1 child is ok. Must pass background check, sign leasing agreement, and also provide 1 month's rent as a security deposit in order to be considered.
