My name is Melisa Siles, I'm a student at Southern Methodist University. I'm in need of a student to sublease my room in my apartment from January through May. Rent is $725; utilities not included. The location of the apartment is on University and Greenville, walking distance from the SMU campus. Safe, gated community with pool and outside lounges available. The apartment is fully furnished, kitchen applicances, washer and dryer are included as well. Grocery shopping would be needed to provide your own meals, but as stated before, all kitched appliances are avialable.
