Responsible and mature pilot. Looking to rent a room in Dallas. I am here on a temporary assignment for at least a month possibly a few months. I am a Spanish language student looking to rent a room in a very clean house where there is a lot of Spanish being spoken. i am looking for help with my Spanish studies as well as a room to rent on a month to month baisis. I have a family in Columbus, Ohio, but am working here on a temporary assignment. I like children. I am looking for a room on or around July1st. I am flexible on the amount and am willing to pay an addtional amount for meals if necessary.
